Frontline Defense is the premier Situational Awareness and De-escalation Training designed specifically for first responders and frontline workers. In a world that has become increasingly unpredictable, the situations that first responders encounter daily have become more dangerous than ever before. The severity of these dangers has been overlooked while innovation and technology in the fire and EMS industry has reached unfathomable realities. Now, more than ever, firefighters, EMS personnel, police, and hospital staff need a solid foundation in situational awareness and de-escalation techniques. Frontline Defense offers training to equip employees with the knowledge necessary to be one step ahead of hazard when dealing with the variables of unpredictable patients, family members, and other situational unknowns. Beyond that, we teach tactics in non-strike control and self-defense to help protect frontline workers in situations where it may be required.
